How It Works
We do all the work for you:
- Retrieve documents for scanning
- Remove folders, staples, paper clips, rubber bands and binder clips
- View the images as they are being scanned to ensure the highest image quality
- Index each document and apply Optical Character Recognition (OCR) capability for easy searching later
- Convert images to TIFF or PDF files on CD,DVD, or stored in our online image silo
- Return hard copies to you, store them in our records center, or destroy them upon completion of scanning
